HIPAA Notice

1. Our Role

SkyBase Labs acts as a Business Associate for covered entities and business associates. We sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) before any engagement involving PHI.

2. What We Build

We build private infrastructure in Azure for your organization. We do not access, view, or store PHI directly as part of normal website operations; PHI remains in your Azure environment under your control.

3. BAA Process

Every applicable engagement begins with a signed Business Associate Agreement and documented responsibilities for each party.

4. Breach Notification

In the event of a security incident involving systems under our contractual scope, we follow our HIPAA obligations and contractual notice timelines for breach reporting and incident support.
